24.12.070 General.

No solid waste disposal site or solid waste handling facility shall be maintained, established, substantially altered, expanded, or improved until the person operating such site has obtained a permit from the jurisdictional board of health pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. It shall be a misdemeanor to violate the provisions of this section. (Sec. 7, Ord. No. 1978-02-01)
