24.12.220 Civil remedy.

Whenever any conditions, such as the lack of a permit, or activity is in violation of this chapter, or constitutes a nuisance, the prosecuting attorney may bring an action, on behalf of the county or the health officer, for abatement damages and/or a mandatory or prohibiting injunction as provided for by law (RCW 7.38.020).
