24.12.240 Garbage.

In addition to the requirements of WAC 173-301-121(1), individual or detachable containers must be animal and insect resistant and need not be approved by Clark County public health. The requirements of WAC 173-301-121(1) shall not apply to garbage storage within a domestic dwelling. Furtherance, parts (b) and (c) of WAC 173-301-121(1) are not considered to be a part of the incorporation by reference of that section. (Sec. 24, Ord.
