24.12.260 Prevention of nuisances—Collection and transportation.

A person collecting or transporting solid wastes shall not litter or create nuisances at the loading point during transport or at the unloading site. It shall be a violation of this ordinance for any person to litter or create nuisances at the loading point, during transport or at the unloading site. (Sec. 26, Ord. No. 1978-02-01)
