24.12.270 Noise.

With respect to any reference to noise in this ordinance, noise is to be measured along the periphery of the gross site and shall not exceed the maximum decibel rating allowed by the most recent governing state noise control guidelines. (Sec. 27, Ord. No. 1978-02-01)
