24.12.390 Recycling definitions.

(1)    “Eligible multifamily residence” means residential dwelling units eligible for receiving multifamily recycling collection services as defined in and under the terms of the recyclables collection contract entered into between Clark County and Waste Connections of Washington.

(2)    “Eligible single-family residence” means residential dwelling units eligible for receiving single-family recycling collection services as defined in and under the terms of the recyclables collection contract entered into between Clark County and Waste Connections of Washington.
