24.12.400 Recycling service.

(1)    Recycling Service Provided to All Regular Residential Garbage Customers. Clark County has a system of voluntary/subscription-based residential garbage/solid waste collection, and also a system by which recycling services are provided to all regular residential garbage customers. Accordingly, every person in possession, charge or control of any house, dwelling, multifamily residence, apartment house, trailer court or any building put to residential use and who is also a regular residential garbage customer shall be charged for the availability of recyclable materials collection services at the rates specified in the contract whether or not he or she uses such recycling services.
