24.17.030 Administration.

The health officer shall administer this chapter under the authority and requirements of Chapters 43.70, 70.05, 70.08 and 70.46 RCW. Under RCW 70.05.060(7), fees may be charged for this administration. (Sec. 4 of Ord. 2007-10-01)
