2.15.010 Office created – Combined with office of treasurer.

The office of treasurer is combined with that of clerk and the office of treasurer is abolished. The consolidation of such office shall take place on October 26, 1972. Thereafter, the clerk shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties required by statute or ordinance to be performed by the treasurer, and in the execution of any papers his designation as clerk shall be sufficient.
