17.45.010 Purpose and intent.
The purpose and intent of the government entity zone are to recognize those areas that are owned and/or operated by governmental entities to accommodate needed public facilities and services. (Ord. 536 § 1 (§ 9.01), 2000)
17.45.020 Allowed, conditional and prohibited uses.
CDMC 17.65.010, Table 17.65.1, the table of land uses, contains a listing of permitted, conditional and prohibited uses within the GE zone. All uses are subject to Division 5, General Provisions and Standards. (Ord. 536 § 1 (§ 9.02), 2000)
17.45.030 Dimensional standards.
Lot sizes, allowable densities, lot coverage, height and setback requirements in the GE zone shall be as set forth in CDMC 17.70.010, Table 17.70.1. (Ord. 536 § 1 (§ 9.03), 2000)
17.45.040 Parking requirements.
Off-street parking shall be required in accordance with Chapter 17.90 CDMC, Traffic and Parking. (Ord. 536 § 1 (§ 9.04), 2000)
