ADVANCED TRAVEL EXPENSE REVOLVING FUND

3.13.010 Established.
There is established an advance travel expense revolving fund pursuant to the provisions of RCW 42.24.120 solely for the purpose of making advances for travel expenses to members of the council, officers and employees of the city. (Ord. 469 § 1, 1976).
3.13.020 Amount – Custodians.
The amount of the advanced travel expense revolving fund shall be $600.00 and the finance manager and clerk-treasurer of the city are appointed as the custodians of the fund. (Ord. 824 § 1, 1998; Ord. 718 § 1, 1993; Ord. 469 § 2, 1976).
3.13.030 Administration.
The custodians shall administer the fund in the manner provided by the office of the state auditor and disbursements from said fund for advance travel costs shall be made on authorization of the city council. (Ord. 824 § 2, 1998; Ord. 718 § 1, 1993; Ord. 469 § 3, 1976).
