CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND
FOR STREETS

3.14.010 Created – Purpose.
There is created a cumulative reserve fund for street equipment for the retention and accumulation of funds necessary for the ultimate purchase of capital items of street maintenance and construction equipment for the maintenance and repair of the public streets, alleys and rights-of-way of the city, for the use of and well-being of its citizens and the general public. (Ord. 413 § 1, 1971).
