CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS

3.15.010 Established.

There is established a special fund to be entitled “cumulative reserve fund for airport improvements.” (Ord. 440 § 1, 1973).

3.15.020 Placement of funds.

All funds placed in the budget of the city for future airport improvements be placed in the cumulative reserve fund for airport improvements. (Ord. 440 § 2, 1973).

3.15.030 Funds – Holding.

All funds placed in the cumulative reserve fund for airport improvements shall be held in such fund for such future capital investment in improvements for the Davenport Airport as may be ordered by the council. (Ord. 440 § 3, 1973).
