FIRE EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND

3.52.030    Purpose.

3.52.010 Established.

There is established a special fund to be entitled “fire equipment reserve fund.” (Ord. 598 § 1, 1984).

3.52.020 Source of moneys.

All funds that would otherwise be budgeted for capital outlay will be placed in the fund for future equipment as ordered by the council. (Ord. 598 § 2, 1984).

3.52.030 Purpose.

All funds placed in the fire equipment reserve fund shall be held in said fund for future capital investment in equipment for the fire department, current expense fund, as ordered by the council. (Ord. 598 § 3, 1984).
