SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND1

3.56.010 Established.
There is established a special fund to be entitled “sewer construction fund.” (Ord. 883 § 1, 2001).
3.56.020 Purpose.
All funds placed in the sewer construction fund shall be used in said fund for the rehabilitation of the sewer system, as ordered by the Davenport city council. (Ord. 883 § 2, 2001).
