MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL
RESERVE FUND

3.60.010 Established.
There is established a special fund to be entitled “municipal swimming pool reserve fund.” (Ord. 619 § 1, 1986).
3.60.020 Purpose.
City funds, including interest, shall be placed in the municipal swimming pool reserve fund for use on construction of a new pool or for repair and maintenance of the present pool and including park plans and park development. Funds received from contributions, including interest, shall be placed in the municipal swimming pool reserve fund to be used for future construction of a new pool or for repair and maintenance of the present pool as ordered by this council.
