10.08.010 Right-of-way.
The fire apparatus of the city, when responding to a fire alarm, shall have the right-of-way, in the use of all streets of the city. (Ord. 224 § 1, 1922).
10.08.020 Vehicles to stop during fire alarm.
Every driver of an automobile, truck or other vehicle, on the approach of fire apparatus of the fire department of the city, shall immediately proceed to the right-hand curb or side of such street and come to a full stop, standing parallel thereto, and shall remain so stopped until the fire alarm ceases ringing, and then proceed only in the event that there is no fire apparatus approaching.
