15.04.010 Fire district established.

The incorporated area of the city is established as a fire district and the fire district shall be known and designated as Fire Zones 2 and 3, and each zone shall include such territory or portions of the city as is so established and delineated thereon on a map designated as the “Fire Zone Map” filed with the city clerk-treasurer’s office May 10, 1978, which fire zones are adopted as the fire zoning for the city for the application and the regulations included in the Uniform Building Code, 1991 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials.
