ANNEXATION

17.92.010 Annexation zoning.
All land which may hereafter be annexed to the city shall be considered to be zoned, R-1, residential, low density. Any zoning to a more intensive land use shall follow the procedure for an amendment to the zoning ordinance, Chapter 17.88 DMC. (Ord. 669, 1990).
