2.46.010 Pay periods and draw days.

A.    The draw day period shall be from the first day to the fifteenth day of the month, inclusive. The draw day shall be on the twentieth day of each month.

B.    Not more than forty percent of such earned monthly salary of each such county officer or employee shall be paid to him on the draw day, and the payroll deductions shall not be deducted from the salary to be paid on the draw day.

C.    The board of county commissioners approves that the first pay period be designated as a draw day, and to be paid no later than the twentieth day of the month. The board authorizes the county auditor to allow the first pay period as a draw day. (Res. CE 88-53)

The board of county commissioners offers to all employees all benefits available through Tax Code 125 Flexible Employee Benefit Plan. (Res. CE 88-27)
