2.48.010 Board of county commissioners— Appointment authority.

A.    The board of county commissioners shall appoint by resolution to those boards, councils and committees required by statute from the list of applications after publication of position open notice.

B.    The board of county commissioners shall appoint by resolution to those boards, councils and committees not required by statute from a list of individuals who have indicated by letters of interest the willingness to serve. (Res. 93-033)
