SIGN VANDAL ARREST REWARDS

3.48.010 Payment authorized.
The county commissioners are authorized to pay a two hundred fifty dollar reward to any individual who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any person who alters, defaces, injures, knocks down or removes any official road or traffic-control sign. (Res. CR 75-22 (part))
3.48.020 Procedure.
Before any individual is entitled to the reward described in Section 3.48.010, that person must show to the satisfaction of the county commissioners that his or her information led to the arrest and conviction for the vandalism, and further the individual claiming the reward must provide to the county commissioners a copy of the record of the conviction for the violation.
