Fees for City Services

2.04.010 Fees established.
The fees and charges for services provided by the City shall be set forth in a fee schedule adopted by resolution of the DuPont City Council, which shall be on file with the office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 99-656 § 1; Ord. 03-732 § 1; Ord. 03-737 § 1; Ord. 04-764 § 1; Ord. 07-849 § 1).
2.04.020 Applicability.
The provisions for fees in DMC 2.04.010 shall not apply to other local, State, or federal governmental agencies that are working with or ultimately providing related information to the City. (Ord. 99-656 § 2; Ord. 07-849 § 1).
