R-3 MIXED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

18.10.010 Purpose.
The R-3 district is intended to encourage a more flexible use of residential land by allowing a greater range of residential densities and building types. (Ord. 2537 § 2 (Exh. B), 2014; Ord. 2533 § 2 (Exh. B), 2013; Ord. 1960 § 3, 1998).
