R-4 MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

18.12.010 Purpose.
The R-4 district is intended to encourage a more flexible use of the land by establishing areas within the community that are suitable for residential development of up to 15 units per acre and to increase the available housing choices.
