10.28.010 Adoption of manual on traffic-control devices.

The city adopts by reference, as the specifications and standards for traffic-control devices for streets and highways of the city, the Manual on Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways of the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Public Roads, published November, 2004, as the same may be amended or changed from time to time. (Ord. 2007-10 § 2).

10.28.020 Conformance with manual.

Any changes for existing installations of the city required by standards contained in the manual shall be made when the installations are replaced, but in no event later than five years after date. All new installations shall be made in conformity with said manual. (Ord. 2007-10 § 2).
