It is unlawful to have or hereafter erect, construct, place or allow to be placed or used on or about or upon any building or property, any fence, barrier, partition or obstruction electrically charged or connected with any electrical source in such a manner as to transmit any electrical charge to persons, animals or things which might come in contact therewith. 8.36.020 Violation—Penalty.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail not exceeding ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Prior code § 8.20.020)
