The Columbian, a local Clark County newspaper of general daily circulation within the city, shall be La Center’s official newspaper for purposes of publication of all legally required notices and advertisements. 1.10.020 Notices are due and legal.
All notices published in The Columbian1 for the period and in the manner provided by law or the ordinances of the city shall be due and legal notice. [Ord. I-15-11 § 2, 1993.]
Ord. 2019-11 adopts The Columbian as the city’s official newspaper.
