1.15.010 Designated.

The Clark County jail at Vancouver, Washington, is designated as the jail for the city of La Center. [Ord. IV-2-2 § 1, 1968.]

1.15.020 Sentencing and imprisonment.

Any persons violating an ordinance of the city and sentenced to imprisonment may be imprisoned in the county jail. [Ord. IV-2-2 § 2, 1968.]

1.15.030 Expenses of imprisonment.

The expenses of such imprisonment shall be a charge against the city and in favor of the county. [Ord. IV-2-2 § 3, 1968.]
