The city of La Center adopts by reference Clark County Ordinance 1996-03-16 relating to historic preservation. The Clark County Historic Preservation Commission is hereby designated as the “local review board” and shall have all powers and responsibilities defined and authorized by the city of La Center council and as stated in an interlocal agreement executed with Clark County. [Ord. 96-11 § 1, 1996.]
