2.75.010 Approval of amendment.

The mayor and city clerk/treasurer are authorized and directed to execute the amendment to interlocal agreement for provision of court services attached to the ordinance codified in this section as Exhibit A1 and incorporated in this section fully by reference, and having executed the same, the mayor is authorized and directed to deliver an executed copy thereof to the city of Battle Ground, Washington, for execution, and upon execution, the mayor is authorized and directed to file copies of the amendment with the city clerk/treasurer, the Clark County auditor, and the Secretary of State of the state of Washington.
