8.05.010 Definition of “smoking.”
The term “smoking” as used in this chapter shall mean the carrying or smoking of any kind of lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette, or any other lighted smoking equipment. [Ord. 925 § 1, 2004.]
8.05.020 Smoking in town owned facilities.
Smoking shall be prohibited in all town-owned and leased buildings and offices, including the entrances and exits thereof, and in all town-owned and leased vehicles. Smoking shall also be prohibited within the Morris Street-end Park, which includes all the Morris Street right-of-way west of First Street. [Ord. 925 § 2, 2004.]
8.05.030 Civil infraction.
Any person intentionally violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction and subject to a civil penalty as set forth and established in Chapter 1.15 LCMC. [Ord. 925 § 3, 2004.]
