FINANCE DIRECTOR CLEARING FUND

3.48.010 Created.
There is created a fund, known and designated as the finance director clearing fund, into which shall be receipted all moneys collected from the various sources for other agencies by the city. (Ord. 879 § 10, 2002; Ord. 413 § 1, 1989)
3.48.020 Transfer of funds – To city agencies.
Transfer of funds to other agencies from the finance director clearing fund shall be made by the finance director by city check as provided for by laws governing such moneys collected by the city. (Ord. 879 § 10, 2002; Ord. 413 § 2, 1989)
3.48.030 Utility extension recovery agreements – Funds collection.
The finance director clearing fund shall also be used for receipt of moneys collected by the city as provided for in utility extension recovery agreements. (Ord. 879 § 10, 2002; Ord. 413 § 3, 1989)
3.48.040 Utility extension recovery agreements – Funds transfer.
Transfer of funds to a designated person or company under such utility extension recovery agreement shall be made by the finance director by city check. (Ord. 879 § 10, 2002; Ord. 413 § 4, 1989)
