UNSEWERED AREAS PROJECT FUND

A new fund is created in the city to be titled the “unsewered areas project fund.” The purpose of the fund is for receiving revenues from the state and from the real estate excise tax and for making project expenditures to provide sewer mains for areas of the city where sewer services are currently not available.
