SURFACE WATER CAPITAL FUND

A new fund is created in the city to be titled the “surface water capital fund.” The purpose of the fund is for receiving transfers from the surface water management fund for implementation of the capital projects included in the city’s surface water management plan and the city’s adopted capital improvement program.
