9.08.010 Supplying to minor.
Any person who, within the city, sells, gives or permits to be sold or given to any person under the age of 21 years any intoxicating liquor in any form is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 762 § 4, 1998; Ord. 64 § 1, 1964)
9.08.020 Adoption of state laws.
The following statutes of the state of Washington (now in effect and as subsequently amended) are adopted by reference as if set forth in full: RCW 66.44.200(2); 66.44.270(1), (2)(a), (3), (4), (5) and (6). (Ord. 762 § 5, 1998; Ord. 64 § 2, 1964)
