1.16.010 Derivation of boundaries.
Based on Ordinance Nos. 354, 628-A, 795, 1040, 1149, 1155, 1223, 1252, 1301, 1332, 1343 and 1439 of the city the geographic boundaries of the corporate limits of the city are declared to be as set forth in LMC 1.16.020. (Ord. 1569 § 1, 1972).
1.16.020 Boundaries described.
The boundaries of the city shall be as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 6, Block 18, Plat of Columbia Valley Gardens No. 3, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the office of the county auditor, said point being the intersection of the southeasterly line of 38th Avenue with the northeasterly line of Ocean Beach Highway, thence South 34 Deg. 56 Min. 04 Sec. West 2,110 feet; thence South 70 Deg. 46 Min. 24 Sec. West 4,000 feet more or less to an intersection with the westerly extension of the northerly right-of-way line of Industrial Way; thence southwesterly along said extension and said northerly right-of-way line to its intersection with the southerly line of Drainage Ditch No. 3 as shown on Highland’s Addition to Longview No. 2; thence east along last said southerly line 1,109.37 feet to a point on a line parallel to and 10 feet easterly from the centerline of Oregon Way extended southwesterly from Highland’s Addition to Longview No. 2; thence along said parallel line South 32 Deg. 02 Min. West to the Columbia River; thence southeasterly along said Columbia River 4,800 feet more or less to the southerly extension of the course described as North 27 Deg. 34 Min. 23 Sec. East 423.8 feet in that certain deed recorded in Volume 717, Page 218 in the county auditor’s office; thence North 27 Deg. 34 Min. 23 Sec.
