Typical plan review fees for mechanical work shall be equal to 25% of the total permit fee as set forth in Table 1-A and 106.5.2. Except for commercial and multifamily projects. Commercial and multifamily projects will be based on project valuation and a 65% plan review fee.

7.

For miscellaneous applications, plan reviews and permits including expired applications and permits for which no fee is specified: Fee will be at a per hour* rate with a minimum fee of one hour.

*Hourly rates for the building division will increase 3% each year as shown below.
