DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS

3.05.010 Deposits.
The City Manager or designee and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and instructed to make deposits in a bank depository in compliance with the laws of the state of Washington relating to municipal depositories, and to execute such other documents as may be necessary to keep and maintain the accounts of the City in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. (Ord. 2397 § 1, 2005).
