1.12.010 Adoption of designation.

The city adopts the classification of noncharter code city under the terms and provisions of RCW Chapter 35A, in accordance with the intent expressed in Resolution No. 1970 2, dated March 16, 1970. In accordance with the intent expressed in the resolution, the adoption of this classification shall not change the form of government presently in existence in the city. (Ord. 185 § 1, 1970)
