ASSET FORFEITURE/DRUG ENFORCEMENT FUND

3.28.010 Fund created.
There is created a fund, to be known as the “asset forfeiture/drug enforcement fund,” into which will be deposited the proceeds of seizures. (Ord. 871 § 1, 1990).
3.28.020 Purpose.
The purpose of the fund will be to separate these dedicated resources which can only be used for the expansion of narcotics enforcement services and are not to supplant preexisting funding sources. (Ord. 871 § 2, 1990).
