PARK IMPACT FEES FUND

3.29.010 Fund created.

There is hereby created a special Fund No. 127, park impact fees fund, that shall be used for the purpose of receiving and accumulating funds, to make payment on eligible claims as they become due, and to account for the related assets and liabilities of eligible projects during the construction phase. (Ord. 1701 § 2, 2014).

3.29.020 Accounting.

The city shall keep such books, accounts, and records necessary to administer and report the financial activities of the park impact fees fund. (Ord. 1701 § 3, 2014).

3.29.030 Use restricted.

Any withdrawals or expenditures from said park impact fees fund shall be made only upon approved vouchers of the city for the purpose established for said fund. (Ord. 1701 § 4, 2014).
