7.35.010 Leaving children unattended in parked automobile.
A. Every person having the care and custody, whether temporary or permanent, of minor children under the age of twelve years, who leaves such children in a parked automobile, unattended by an adult, while such person enters a tavern or other premises where alcoholic beverages are dispensed for consumption on the premises shall be guilty of an offense.
B. A violation of this section is a Class A offense.

7.35.020 Liquor—Minors.
A. Except in the case of liquor given or permitted to be given to a person under the age of twenty-one years by his parent or guardian for beverage or medicinal purposes, or administered to him by his physician or dentist for medicinal purposes, no person shall give, or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one years, or permit any person under that age to consume liquor on his premises or on any premises under his control. It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to acquire or have in his possession or consume any liquor except as in this section provided and except when such liquor is being used in connection with religious services.
B. Violation of this section is a Class C offense.

7.35.030 Liquor—Minors—Purchase.
A. Every person under the age of twenty-one years who purchases or attempts to purchase liquor is guilty of a violation of this section.
B. A violation of this section is a Class C offense.

7.35.040 Violators under eighteen.
Any persons under the age of eighteen years, violating Sections 7.35.020 or 7.35.030 of this chapter, shall be cited to the Juvenile Court of the state for Grays Harbor County for investigation. In the event that the minor is remanded to the city authorities by the Juvenile Court, he may be tried and punished as provided for in this chapter. (Ord. 281 § 2 (part), 1979)
