ADMINISTRATION—ENFORCEMENT

The city planning commission, hereafter referred to as the commission, is vested with the duty of administering subdivision and filing regulations within the city and may prepare and require the use of such forms as are essential to the administration of such regulations. (Ord. 67 § 5, 1972)
