COUNTY FIRE CHIEFS
ASSOCIATION FUND

3.60.030 Disbursal of funds upon closure.
3.60.010 Established.
There is established in the office of the city clerk/treasurer of the city, a new fund to be hereinafter known as the Okanogan County fire chiefs association fund. The purpose of the fund is to purchase supplies and/or replacement of a breathing air compressor. (Ord. 730 § 1, 1990)
3.60.020 Deposit of funds.
All moneys received by the city from donations to and benefit activities on behalf of the Okanogan County fire chiefs association shall be deposited in the Okanogan County fire chiefs association fund by the city clerk/treasurer of the city. One thousand five hundred dollars is allocated to this fund from the general fund being the stipulated sum of deposits to the general fund from the Okanogan County fire chiefs association. 3.60.030 Disbursal of funds upon closure.
Any remaining moneys in the Okanogan County fire chiefs association fund when said fund is closed, shall be returned to the Okanogan County fire chiefs association. (Ord. 730 § 3, 1990)
3.60.040 Annual fee.
There shall be an annual fee charged of $25.00. This fee will be paid to the city for administrative fees. (Ord. 730 § 4, 1990)
