AIRCRAFT TIE-DOWN FEES

12.28.010 Tie-down fees imposed.
A monthly tie-down fee of $7.50 shall be assessed for each aircraft tied down at the city airport. Said tie-down fees shall be paid to the city or to its designated agents and shall be paid in advance. (Ord. 735 § 1, 1990)

12.28.020 Failure to pay a civil infraction.
Failure to pay the tie-down fees when due shall be designated a civil infraction, in addition to any other civil remedy which may be provided by state law, and any person, firm or corporation found to have committed such a civil infraction shall be assessed a monetary penalty not to exceed $200.00 for each infraction. Penalties shall be due to the city or its designated agents. (Ord. 735 § 2, 1990)
12.28.030 Impoundment of aircraft.
The city or its designated agents shall have the authority to impound any aircraft for which the tie-down fees have not been paid by chaining or cabling the aircraft to a fixed object or weight. Aircraft shall be released from impoundment upon payment to the city or its designated agents of tie-down fees in arrears together with any penalty imposed pursuant to OMC 12.28.020.
