12.20.015 Left-turns—Where prohibited.

Traffic traveling eastbound on Central Avenue shall not turn left into the alley running north and south between Main Street and the Okanogan River and traffic traveling southbound in said alley shall not make a left turn onto Central Avenue. (Ord. 894 § 1, 1982).

12.20.020 Signs to be installed.

The city clerk and the street committee of the council shall procure and install proper signs such as may be necessary for the carrying out of this chapter. (Ord. 154 § 4, 1940).

12.20.030 Penalty for violations.

Failure to perform any act required, or the performance of any act prohibited, by this chapter is designated as a civil infraction and shall not be classified as a criminal offense. Any person, firm or corporation found to have committed such a civil infraction shall be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1.16.
