OFFICE HOURS

2.20.010 Hours.
All municipal offices of the city, excluding the Port Townsend city library, shall generally remain open and available to the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, excepting the holidays listed in PTMC 2.20.020; provided, however, that the city manager shall have the authority to adjust hours of availability for departments as special circumstances warrant and temporarily close city offices for special and emergency purposes with advance notice to the public. The city manager, in consultation with the city library director, shall have the authority to set the hours and days that the Port Townsend city library is open and available to the public. 2.20.020 Holidays.
The following days shall be observed as city holidays and nonemergency offices shall be closed:
