WARDS AND VOTING PLACES

1.84.010 Wards.
The wards boundaries of the city of Ritzville are as follows:
A. Ward One.
Follow Broadway Avenue (north side of Broadway Avenue) northeast from the west border of the City until Chelan Street approximately nine blocks. Go northwest on Chelan Street for one block to Alder Avenue. Go northeast on Alder Avenue (north side of Alder Avenue) for two blocks to Olive Avenue. Turn due east on Olive Avenue (north side of Olive Avenue) for approximately two blocks until arrive at Main Avenue. Follow Main Avenue (north side of Main Avenue) to the northeast City limits. Follow the City limits north around the City to Broadway Avenue on the southwest side of the City. This will encompass the newly annexed Public Facility, Pru Field. And as may be redistricted from time to time as required by law.
B. Ward Two.
Follow Broadway Avenue (south side of Broadway Avenue) northeast from the west border of the City until Chelan Street approximately nine blocks. Go northwest on Chelan Street for one block to Alder Avenue. Go northeast on Alder Avenue (south side of Alder Avenue) for two blocks to Olive Avenue. Turn due east on Olive Avenue (south side of Olive Avenue) for approximately two blocks until arrive at Main Avenue. Follow Main Avenue (south side of Main Avenue) to the northeast City limits. Follow the City limits south to Second Avenue. Follow Second Avenue (north side of Second Avenue) southwest for approximately one and one half (1 ½) blocks to Cascade Street. Turn southeast on Cascade Street (west side of Cascade Street) for one block to Third Avenue. Turn southwest on Third Avenue (north side of Third Avenue) for three blocks to Columbia Street. Turn northwest on Columbia Street (east side of Columbia Street) for two blocks to First Avenue. Turn southwest on First Avenue (north side of First Avenue) to the City limits on the southwest corner of Ritzville. Follow the City limits north to Broadway Avenue. And as may be redistricted from time to time as required by law.
C. Ward Three.
Follow Second Avenue (south side of Second Avenue) southwest for approximately one and one half (1 ½) blocks to Cascade Street. Turn southeast on Cascade Street (east side of Cascade Street) for one block to Third Avenue. Turn southwest on Third Avenue (south side of Third Avenue) for four blocks to Division Street. Turn southeast on Division Street (east side of Division Street) to the southeast City limits. Follow the City limits around the east side of the City to Second Avenue. And as may be redistricted from time to time as required by law.
D. Ward Four.
From First Avenue (south side of First Avenue) at the southwest City limits, follow Weber Avenue (north side of Weber Avenue) due west approximately two blocks to vacated Third Avenue. Take Third Avenue (north side of Third Avenue) northeast approximately nine blocks to Adams Street. Take Adams Street (east side of Adams Street) southeast eight blocks to Eleventh Avenue. Take Eleventh Avenue (north side of Eleventh Avenue) northeast two blocks to Division Street. Follow Division Street (west side of Division Street) northwest to Third Avenue. Turn on Third Avenue (north side of Third Avenue) northeast one block to Columbia Street. Take Columbia Street (west side of Columbia Street) northwest two blocks to First Avenue. Follow First Avenue southwest to the City limits. And as may be redistricted from time to time as required by law.
E. Ward Five.
Take Third Avenue (partially vacated) (south side of Third Avenue) northeast from Weber Avenue approximately nine blocks to Adams Street. Take Adams Street (west side of Adams Street) southeast eight blocks to Eleventh Avenue. Take Eleventh Avenue (south side of Eleventh Avenue) northeast two blocks to Division Street. Follow Division Street (west side of Division Street) southeast to the City limits. Follow the City limits south until you reach Third Avenue (vacated) off Weber Avenue (north side of Weber Avenue). And as may be redistricted from time to time as required by law.
