It is unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on the runways, taxi strips and parking areas within the municipal airport of the city of Ritzville, except aircraft, gas, utility or emergency vehicles, and their supporting personnel. (Ord. 840 § 1, 1990).
8.36.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250.00 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 840 § 2, 1990).
